The red roses are completely edible and are a source of Vitamin C.

The roses can be applied to buttercream cakes, cookies, mocktails, cocktails and shortbreads. As well as cheesecakes and savoury tarts.

Taste: Muted rose flavour and aroma.

Available all year round they have a shelf life of 6 months. They need to be stored at room temperature.
